Hello Bears (and Lions)

Plan for the day will be arrive and set up from 10am.
We have the hall booked until 6pm, but will need to stop and tidy up about 5:30pm.
There is a Sainsbury’s and Waitrose locally, so we are proposing a fuddle/picky lunch (bring things and add them to the table to share).
For those who may arrive early there is a local cafe called the Junction - if there is interest we could organise a meet up for brunch before 10am.
When we finish in the evening there is the option to go to a local pub, The George, for tea.

We know that not everyone can commit to set up week in the field AND we will need some set dress items to fill the theme area and camp.
So… we are having a Bear’s (and Lion’s) crafting day on Saturday 5th July based in Chesham!
We will update this with more info as we go but for now, see below.
The plan is we have booked a hall out for people to gather and help make items for set dressing the theme area (and maybe camp). This is likely to include banners, posters, flyers, items to hang on the walls and other “things” to make the ritual circle and surrounding area look amazing.
So we need some lovely volunteers to help with this vision!
There is *no upfront cost* for attending.
However, this event will not be catered* and you will need to make your own travel and (if necessary) accommodation arrangements. (*we may do a take out order, if there is interest and will bring tea, coffee, squash and some bribes… I mean biscuits!)
Also any *spare* crafting materials people are happy to donate to the makes will be greatly appreciated.
This event will be focused on faction makes for the event. Depending on people’s availability it is fine to join for a few hours or the whole day.
We will need to tidy up and leave the hall by 6pm, so expect a group heading to the pub afterwards for more socialising.
We really appreciate any and all help towards making our hosted event amazing. 🐻
