Slow Flow Yoga + Sound Alchemy Journey
An Evening of Movement, Frequency & Inner Stillness
Join us for a deeply nourishing evening that weaves together gentle, intentional movement with the mystical power of sound and subtle energetic frequencies.
We’ll begin by drinking Alchymeic Energy-infused water—a powerful vibrational tool that opens your energy field to transformation. These alchemical energies are not easily defined or explained—they are felt, experienced, and witnessed in the subtle shifts they create within the body and soul.
From this space of activation, Alesia will guide you through a Slow & Gentle Flow Yoga practice—an invitation to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and reconnect with the stillness within. Each posture is approached mindfully, encouraging softness, presence, and renewal.
We’ll close our time together in an extended Shavasana Sound Alchemy Journey led by Amy, where you’ll be bathed in the soothing frequencies of sacred instruments. As your body rests, the vibrations will guide you into a meditative state, helping to integrate the experience, clear stagnant energy, and deepen your connection to self.
