Come join me for a rejuvenating weekend flow. Challenge yourself for a class that focuses on increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. Flow includes movements performed at a low to high intensity, along with muscle conditioning exercises for flexibility and balance. Blend in gentle stretches, calming breathwork, and peaceful meditation. Perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out. Take this time to connect with your body, mind, and spirit in a serene community setting. Let's flow together and set positive intentions for the day ahead. See you there!
