Baseball Infield Boot Camp
Monday, August 18 - Thursday, August 21
Camp Cost: $175/player per camp.
Times: 9:00AM-12:00PM Daily
Location: SCAA Complex, 2849 Eason Rd, Chesapeake
SCAA is teaming up with Greenbrier Christian Academy Head Baseball Coach Patrick Nichols, his coaching staff, and current players to host Summer Baseball Camps for players ages 6-17 (unless otherwise noted) this summer!
This is a specialty camp that will focus entirely on becoming a better infielder. All aspects of infield play will be addressed, including pre-pitch routines, fielding mechanics, throwing mechanics, footwork, glove discipline, proper arm actions/angles, position specific body controls, position specific glove work, middle infield double play turns and feeds, slow rollers, proper footwork at 1B, tag plays at 2B/3B, picks at 1B, baseball IQ training and situations.
Patrick Nichols and Rob Younce, with assistance from Greenbrier Christian High School Players, are putting on this camp at SCAA.
