National Night Out

You're Invited! National Night Out Picnic at Hickory Ruritan Club

Join us for an evening of community, connection, and fun as we celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hickory Ruritan Club!

National Night Out is a nationwide event that strengthens the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while fostering a true sense of community. It’s an opportunity for residents to come together to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie—making our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.

We’ll be hosting a free community picnic, and everyone is welcome! Come enjoy good food (while it lasts!), meet your neighbors, and take the opportunity to chat with the men and women in blue who work every day to keep our city safe. This is a great chance to thank our local officers, ask questions, and build stronger ties between law enforcement and the community.
