Ice Cream Fundraiser- Friends of the Animals - Greater Hampton Roads

July is National Ice Cream Month! Please plan an outing for ice cream (or a non-dairy frozen dessert option) at the Chesapeake location of Gelati Celesti Ice Cream (@gelati_celesti ), on Wednesday, July 23, between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Gelati Celesti will make a 20% donation to us based on purchases made during the designated time, IF YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE THERE IN SUPPORT OF FRIENDS OF THE ANIMALS - GREATER HAMPTON ROADS. Funds raised will be used to help pay for medical bills for pets at municipal and municipal-contract animal shelters in the Greater Hampton Roads region, so that the expense of a having a medical condition treated is not a barrier to a pet being adopted (or being transferred to a rescue).
