Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore your energy. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class offers a balanced blend of movement and stillness to support physical strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

In this class, we’ll focus on foundational yoga postures (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), and deep relaxation. Hatha Yoga emphasizes mindful transitions and alignment, making it a perfect choice for anyone looking to build a steady, grounded practice.

A note from Courtney, “Hi I’m Courtney and I’ve been cultivating my yoga practice for over 20 years now and have recently decided to take the leap and begin to share my accumulated knowledge and passion with others. As a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health coach, I pull from Hatha yoga teachings as well as elements of ancient Ayurveda practices to blend mind, body, and soul together. I look forward to working with you!”

Comfortable clothing

Optional: blocks or straps for support

Optional: Yoga Mats are provided however you are welcome to bring your own, if you prefer
