Whether you're brand new to meditation or have years of experience ~ our sessions support you in relaxing your body, expanding your consciousness, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

We begin with a brief musical preparatory process, then move into a sound~assisted journey inward ~ no pressure, no expectations, just space to explore. 💫

Info: We have a gentle space to settle in, allow for any late arrivals, and connect with one another before we begin our inward journey.

Info: We'll discuss the preparatory tools that help relax the body and quiet the mind ~ setting the stage for a deeper meditation experience.

Info: Guided with specialized sound technology and personal intention, we’ll journey inward using Monroe Sound Science® to access expanded states of awareness and deep inner stillness. The shared group energy amplifies the experience ~ creating a powerful field of connection, support, and transformation.

Info: After our journey inward, we’ll take time to gently return to the body and ground our energy. This space supports reflection, integration, and reconnecting with the present moment. A grounding mat will be available to assist in anchoring your experience.
