Whether you're familiar with the Monroe Institute or simply curious about consciousness and personal transformation, this is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and expand.
Using Monroe Institute’s powerful audio technologies, Hemi-Sync® and Monroe Sound Science™, we’ll gently shift into altered states of awareness that help quiet the mind, release limitations, and awaken your inner wisdom.

All are welcome, no prior experience needed. The only idea we invite you to explore is this ~ you are more than your physical body.
🎧 Comfortable zero gravity chairs, blankets, eye masks, and headphones are provided. Just bring water, an open heart, and a journal if you’d like to reflect afterward.
