Judges class

This year is the perfect time to become a barbecue competition judge!
I’m hosting a KCBS Barbecue Judge Certification Class on January 31st from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In just five short hours, you can become a certified KCBS barbecue competition judge and start judging competitions throughout the area.
During the class, you’ll enjoy BBQ samples prepared by championship pitmasters, helping you learn exactly what judges look for in appearance, taste, and tenderness.
