Our Accredited 100 hours Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Online Course (RPYT) is a comprehensive prenatal yoga certification program designed to equip aspiring yoga instructors with a strong foundational knowledge of physiology and anatomy in pregnancy. Students of the course will learn to support women in every stage of pregnancy, through delivery, and even into the early days of motherhood.It is a specialized program for yoga practitioners aspiring to teach yoga to pregnant women. Students are taught how various yogic practices are adapted and modified during various stages of pregnancy and early motherhood.

Learn specialized techniques to support and empower expecting mothers through the transformative practice of pre-natal yoga.Deepen your understanding of the physical, emotional, and energetic changes during pregnancy. Acquire the knowledge to create safe and effective prenatal yoga sequences tailored to the unique needs of pregnant women.

All classes are conducted in live and interactive manner via zoom. Classes are not pre-recorded.
