About the event

Storytime at Cheney Library

Our firefighters will be hanging out at the Spokane County Library District Cheney branch. This is one of the events our L1919 firefighters will be involved in during Fire Prevention Week.

For ages 2-5 & their families

Celebrate Fire Prevention Week with a special storytime. Enjoy fire safety stories with "Sparky" at the library. Firefighters from Cheney Fire Department will also demonstrate putting on their fire gear while sharing the importance of each piece of equipment. This event takes place during the regularly scheduled Preschool Play & Learn Storytime.
