Stretch, Strength and Conditioning Camp Ages 9-16

Unlock your full potential with a dynamic week of flexibility, strength, and skill development! This high-energy camp is designed to enhance mobility, balance, and overall body control through targeted stretching, strength-building exercises, and technical drills. Whether you're a beginner or advanced dancer simply want to improve your movement precision, this sessions will help you build power, stability, and confidence in every motion. Join us for an exciting, supportive environment where you'll push your limits, increase flexibility, and master techniques that promote agility and coordination! Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

This Camp is for ages 9 to 16 and runs Monday July 14th -Thursday July 17th 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00pm daily. The price of this week is $100 for the 4 class session totaling 8 hours. Please send campers with a labeled water bottle.
