Gala Dinner with Strings

Tickets are £40 to include a three course gourmet dinner with a glass of sparkling or table wine or a soft drink included. Further drinks available to purchase from the bar.

Dinner Menu
The starter consists of a selection of breads and a choice of either Twice-baked Cheese Soufflé with Confit Tomatoes or 'Textures of Salmon' (poached, smoked and mousse) with salad garnish.

The main course choice is either Chicken Ballotine stuffed with pancetta, leeks and thyme or Mushroom Stroganoff and Rice.

The Dessert choice is either 'Staverton Pudding' (a baked custard cream flavoured with elderflower and topped with sloe gin jelly, the sloes and elderflower both locally sourced) served with a shortbread biscuit or an individual Maple Caramel Tart served with Brown Bread Ice-Cream.
