Boxing Basics for Juniors (age 10-15)
Join us for our new kid’s Boxing Basics classes on Mondays. Join Ross for some fun boxing basics sessions. A mix of cardio, partner work with gloves and pads, bag work and technique. (Please note that there is no contact sparring, the partner work involves one person wearing the gloves and the other holding the pads for their partner to punch!)
