Raku at the Curiouser Clay's Home Studio 10/5!

Join Curiouser Clay at the studio (at 13223 McKinley Rd in Chelsea) on Sunday, October 5th from 3:00-5:00 pm as we Raku BEAUTIFUL (7 inch) pumpkins! All materials and tools are included and no experience is necessary as the instructor leads you through all the steps necessary to glaze your own pumpkin. Completed pumpkins will be immediately loaded into the outdoor gas kiln, brought up to 1800 degrees and then taken out of the kiln while hot and put into a bucket of combustible materials. 30 minutes later, the pumpkins will be removed and will be ready to take home! Come enjoy this special opportunity to be a part of this AMAZING firing process. Because it is held at the studio, class is limited to 6 people.


**Because of the multitude of factors that come to play in creating a piece out of clay from scratch, about 5% of the time a piece will crack in the firing process. Know that these circumstances are out of the control of Curiouser, and that Curiouser can not guarantee that your project will survive the firing process- unfortunately, cracks happen. Even to us! Should your piece crack during the firing process, unfortunately, there are no refunds.
All sales are final. Although there are no refunds, should you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
