This course explores the dynamic and increasingly complex role of Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs) in today’s educational landscape. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the challenges SENCOs face—such as workload pressures, policy changes, and resource limitations—while discovering strategies to transform these challenges into opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Through practical tools and reflective exercises, this course aims to inspire SENCOs to view the role not only as a compliance necessity but as a powerful driver of inclusive education and positive change.
