Black History Month: Paint and Sip - Pride & Power in Black Identity

Celebrate Black History Month 2025 with RNR Therapies at a creative and inspiring Paint & Sip Workshop.

We’ll begin with a short, interactive discussion exploring the theme “Standing Firm in Pride and Power” – a safe and empowering space to reflect on what pride and power mean within Black identity and culture.

Then, you’ll be guided through a fun and relaxed paint-and-sip session where you’ll create your own artwork to represent these themes.

No painting experience is necessary – this event is all about expression, connection, and community.

This event is open to the community, whether you come on your own, with friends, or with family. It’s designed to be inclusive, creative, and fun – a chance to celebrate Black History Month in Manchester (or insert your location) in a unique way.

✨ While the focus is on exploring pride and power in Black identity, allies are warmly welcome – you don’t need to be Black to take part, learn, and celebrate.
