Meditation in the Park

It's been a trying time with a lot of turbulent changes, we could all use a couple minutes to slow down, touch the ground, and find ourselves again.

Meet me in Losson Park near the start of the trails and we'll head over to the seating in the woods and re-center together and enjoy some time raising energy to heal, energize, and start over!

Feel free to bring drums, bells, tambourines, or anything that will help create a happy noise together!
