June Make Your Own Silver Spinner Ring Workshop

his workshop offers you the opportunity to dip your toe into magical world jewellery making. In a four hour workshop with local artist Caroline Edwards, you will learn the basics of silver smithing and take home three dainty and different style rings to keep and wear for yourself. You will be in a small group of a maximum of six so that you get close tuition and help. No previous experience necessary!



You will learn how to:

· Use a jewellers saw

· Solder

· Texture and stamp silver

· Finishing and polishing

All equipment and silver will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm!

Tea/Coffee and biscuits.

£65 per person (over 18)

Deadlines for booking are five days before each date. In the event that a workshop cannot go ahead (There needs to be a minimum of five guests) you will be notified and be able to book again for a future workshop date or have a full refund.

Please be able to tie back long hair and please bring glasses if you need them for close work. Also avoid wearing loose sleeves and scarves. Please understand that by booking this workshop you are agreeing to engage with tools and equipment that can injury (for example gas torches and sharp saws). Your tutor explains how to use these tools correctly and does not take any responsibility for any injuries sustained during the workshop.
