Shamanic Drum Meditation, Gong Bath & Cacao Ceremony
🗓 30 June 2025 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Dilhorne Village Hall, Dilhorne, Staffordshire
🎟 £20 per person
Join us for a powerful evening of shamanic energy healing, deep vibrational journeying, and heart-opening cacao at the beautiful Dilhorne Village Hall in Staffordshire.
This two-hour immersive ceremony blends ancient practices with modern understanding—where sound becomes medicine, and spirit meets science.
🔹 What to Expect
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM - Shamanic Drum Journey & Sound Meditation
We begin by calling in sacred space and guiding you into a drum-led shamanic meditation to help ground, connect, and release. The primal beat of the drum speaks to your bones—awakening ancestral memory and activating your inner healer.
You’ll be immersed in a multisensory soundscape using voice, live instruments, and harmonic frequencies that support:
* Vagus nerve stimulation & emotional regulation
* Cymatic resonance to release held tension
* Head–heart coherence
* Brainwave entrainment into deeply restorative states
8:30 PM – 9:00 PM - Cacao Ceremony & Sharing Circle
We close with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and gentle sharing circle. Cacao, a sacred plant medicine, increases blood flow, opens emotional awareness, and brings clarity. You’ll be guided through breath, sound, and stillness as we integrate the journey.
A Ceremony for Mind, Body & Spirit
This is more than a soundbath. It’s a shamanic activation—a space to regulate your nervous system, shed emotional layers, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Whether you're seeking emotional release, energetic alignment, or a sacred pause in a fast-paced world, this evening offers a gentle yet powerful return to yourself.
Spaces are limited – early booking recommended.
