Want to learn how to make the best gluten free pastry crust with Om Nohm? This will be a dairy-filled class as Jessamine teaches the techniques and ratios for a butter/cream-cheese pie crust, excellent for both sweet and savory pies, quiches and galettes.
This pastry crust is what we will use for our GF Quiche class Wednesday July 23, and our GF Savory Garden Galette Class Wednesday July 30 at Turner Community Center in CHQ.org.
