A Wine Over Water Renaissance!
Early bird ticket prices end October 18.
Chattanooga’s favorite wine festival returns on Saturday, October 25 from 6 to 9 pm! Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Wine Over Water is taking place in beautiful Renaissance Park as the Walnut Street Bridge receives much needed renovations.
Wine lovers will experience a special evening of wine tastings from leading producers, merchants and restaurateurs. Their knowledgeable representatives will be on site to tell you more about the wines you are tasting. Some are offering unique food tastings to pair with their wines. Adding this layer of in-depth knowledge is just one of this year’s special touches.
The food experience will be equally engaging. Chef Amanda Clayton of Whitebird at the Edwin Hotel has prepared an exciting menu that can be paired with both white and red wine favorites. A greenspace adjacent to Whitebird will create a garden party ambience. Try the Fall Ragout Penne Pasta, the applewood smoked meatball bites, the cinnamon sugar pretzel, or one of her five other creations. There will be more food surprises at the event as well.
The talented Ben Van Winkle and the Figment ensemble will be our showcase performance beginning at 7:30 pm. The Chattanooga Circus Collective will be strolling throughout the event and entertaining guests with fire performers and aerialists.
