Joining us to speak is Tyler Divin, co-owner of ChattaStays, a STVR management company based in Chattanooga. Tyler is a real estate veteran, being involved in more than $714 million in transactions and projects spanning brokerage, acquisitions, leasing, construction, and development throughout his career. Now, he is the local expert on short term rentals, and he has graciously agreed to share his knowledge in a market segment that many of us have been confused by in recent years.
