September 9th we begin Girl's Circle Series for 4-7 year olds!
Dates: Tuesdays: October 7, 14, 21, 28
Time: 5:45-7pm
Where: Yoga Landing, 2414 Sidney St, Chattanooga
This circle is a space for her to feel seen, supported and kindly guided to develop strong emotional resiliency and self-love. We will have 4 weeks of time together to build on confidence, emotional regulation, body awareness, communication skills, and building their internal emotional home- their place to feel grounded no matter what goes on in life.
Each week she will experience:
~Guided Movement Practices (so she learns to listen to her body, its reactivity, and how to regulate)
~Emotional Regulation Techniques (because being a teen means having a lot of emotions- she'll learn what to do with them)
~Creative activities (So she learns how to express herself confidently)
~Communication practices (To find and develop her voice: both kind and confident)

Cost: $30 per session. Total: $120 for 4 weeks (First Timers, cost is discounted at $80)!
