Step on your mat and being your journey. This 4-week series of weekly 90-minute sessions is designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a welcoming, supportive space. Each class will guide you through breath, movement, and mindfulness practices that build strength, stability and ease - both on and off the mat.
Wherever you are on your yoga journey, this series will offer a gentle pathway toward confidence, clarity and connection.
Week 1: Breathe While Building Foundations--We start where we always start...with finding our breath. This will help us bring awareness and alignment into our foundational yoga postures
Week 2: Strengthen Your Stability--We create our foundation and transition into mindful steady standing poses
Week 3: Opening Spaces--We continue our journey by opening the heart and the hips through gentle back bends and mindful hip openers.
Week 4: Flowing to Savasana--We link breath and movement as we learn the basics of Sun and Moon Salutations while also discussing modifications for all bodies. Lastly, we ease into an extended Savasana to create ease after our effort
