Members Only - Parent Talk: Helping Kids Handle Big Emotions

Learn practical strategies for helping your child manage their big feelings at home. Dr. Bret Eschman will share why emotional regulation matters, how parents can lay the foundation through co-regulation, and simple scaffolding tools you can use every day. After a short talk, there will be time for open discussion and Q&A.

This member event also connects to our fall exhibit, XOXO: An Exhibit About Love and Forgiveness, giving you ideas to revisit the gallery with your child and keep the conversation going.

Free for CDM Members.

Limited childcare is available for children ages 3-4 and children in K-5th grade.
