*Culture is Not an Accident: Built by All, Not the Few: Culture isn't a directive handed down from the Board of Directors; it is the living sum of every interaction between our members. In an industry built on both fierce competition and necessary cooperation, our culture is either our greatest asset or our silent liability. Maura will:
- Move beyond the "vibe" of the Association to the intentional decisions that define us.
- Explore how to move from a top-down hierarchy to a Shared Social Contract - a pact that binds the most active leaders and the quietest members alike.
- Take the REALTOR® Code of Ethics a step further and discuss how to build a culture where we don’t always have to agree, but we must agree on how we disagree.
