Dolly Carton Crown Making

In, this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own fantastic, one-of-a-kind Dolly Carton crown (Dolly Parton made out of recycled egg cartons)!

Using an array of colorful, textured, and sparkly materials, JJ will guide you through designing crowns that celebrate the joy and whimsy of all things Dolly. Perfect for parties, trips to Dollywood, or just adding a little sparkle to your life — you’ll leave with a handmade crown that’s as unique and bright as you are. All materials provided; no crafting experience needed!

About the teacher:

JJ Barrows is a comedian, writer, and visual artist who loves finding joy in creativity and imperfection. With a background in both fine art and stand-up comedy, JJ brings humor, heart, and a touch of whimsy to everything she makes. Her classes are all about embracing play, letting go of perfection, and creating something uniquely your own. JJ especially loves creating pieces that make others feel seen and celebrated — because for her, art and laughter are best when they make someone else the star of the show.
