Developing Wisdom - Meditation in the Park

Free in-person Meditation in Renaissance Park, with teaching and practice on using meditation to help develop the wisdom to better navigate the world. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to practice meditation and develop more understanding.

This is one of a series of events over the summer, each with a different focus but all intended to provide information and a chance to learn about and practice meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
