BUTI is a beat driven somatic movement practice that fuses functional movement, yoga asanas and cardio dance. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all the senses in a sweat dripping journey. The movement style is intuitive, creative, and includes unique movement patterns that help the body to avoid plateaus physically and emotionally.
