Braes: Music of the British Isles

Chorus Angelorum opens its 2025-2026 season with music from across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland: places with unique identities and histories, yet shared threads of tradition. Their music was shaped by everyday life, sung at home, in worship, and at work, and passed down through generations.

This program explores the many themes of the regions folk music and traditions: separation and belonging, pride in ones homeland, and moment of spiritual connection.
