Come along to a day full of live music, performances, sports, creative workshops, wellbeing activities, and so much more! The Sticks ‘n’ Stones Festival, hosted by The Paramount Foundation, brings together everything you need to explore, experience, and connect with health and wellbeing services across Medway—all in one vibrant, welcoming space.
Whether you're:
Looking to join a social group to reduce isolation,
Hoping to discover new hobbies or sports to improve your health,
Interested in unlocking your creative side,

this event is for you.
We’re proud to partner with a wide range of local charities, services, and community organisations who share our passion for making support accessible, inclusive, and affordable for Medway families and individuals.
All stalls and activities will be hosted by professionals who can offer trusted advice, information, and tools to help you take that next step.
This is a completely FREE event, with plenty to see, do, and take away. Free parking is available on-site, and the campus is easily reached by local bus routes.
