CAMP WEEK 2! For ages 8-11❗️SPOTS are limited.
Each day we will focus on mastering a different sport, here’s what to expect:
1) Knowledge sessions, teaching mentality, key elements, tips, and the reasons why.
2) Guest councillors. We are bringing in post secondary level athletes that specialize in each sport to share their skillset and knowledge with our campers.
3) Daily training sessions. Plyometrics, callisthenics, weights. Athletes need to train.
4) 2 provided high protein lunches. They will be taught what it’s like to eat like an athlete.
5) Game time. There will be plenty of time to play sport and apply everything learned that day.
