The Row 4 Dough presented by Jones Chiropractic is an exercise fundraising event benefiting the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois.
In 2025, participants have the option to attend one of our in-person Row 4 Dough events or pick their date, time, and method to Row 4 Dough virtually. Rowers are encouraged to compete as a 10-person team (rowing 26.2 miles), a five-person team (rowing 13.1 miles), or as an individual (rowing a 5K).

The Region H Row 4 Dough will be held on Saturday, July 19th at 8:30 am at the Chatham Jaycees Sweet Corn Festival at Chatham Community Park.
Cost:
Registration is free, however, all rowers must collect a minimum of $50 in donations from family, friends, and coworkers. This will be due the day of the event. Each rower to reach the fundraising minimum of $50 will receive a Row 4 Dough shirt. There will be additional incentive prizes for individuals that raise more than $250.

Common timing and standards will be in effect. Each rower will be set to the same screen and the official time will be on THAT rower. Only one person can row at a time. If a person is transitioning off the rower you CANNOT have someone keep pulling the chain while the other person straps in.
