Lordswood Peer Support

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Our peer support group brings together people in the early stages of dementia to talk openly, share experiences, and support one another in a friendly, understanding environment. Many members form genuine friendships that continue outside the group.

To help you feel comfortable, we’ll visit you at home before your first session - giving you time to ask questions, talk things through, and get to know us in a relaxed, familiar setting.

Booking is required.
