Rootstock Valentine's Dinner

Spend an unforgettable Valentine's Day with a special dinner at the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum! Join Chefs Beth Fisher and Niki Heber on Saturday, Feb. 14 for a relaxed three-course dinner in Rootstock surrounded by gorgeous greenery and blooms during our beautiful Spring Flower Show. Limited seating available with ticket times at 5, 6 and 7 p.m. After you dine, enjoy the stunning Spring Flower Show during this cozy, after-hours event.
