Light and Landscapes Art Exhibit

An overarching sense of peace combined with quiet moments frozen in time, accompany the viewer. Sense the warmth of the light and feel the breezes. Accept these invitations to immerse oneself in a memory of a place once seen.

Patricia Sorenson is intrigued by the immediacy and luminosity of the pastel medium. For two years, her pieces have been selected for annual juried shows by the International Association of Pastel Society. She has truly found her passion exploring the beauty of nature in an impressionistic style.

Oil artist Spencer Hahne finds himself outdoors sketching and photographing wildlife and landscapes near his home in Northern, MN. Back in his studio, he completes his oil paintings with the intention of representing the distinctive beauty of his surroundings.

Occupy a place where the world fades into the background and time slows.
