Join us for an unwind yoga session designed to help you release the week's tension and find inner peace. We will move through a gentle series of poses, focusing on deep stretches and mindful breathing. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, this all-levels class will help you melt away stress and nurture your soul.

What to expect:
•⁠ ⁠A calming flow to release physical and mental tension.
•⁠ ⁠Focus on gentle stretching and mindful breath-work.
•⁠ ⁠Deep relaxation to prepare you for a restful evening.
•⁠ ⁠A non-judgmental and welcoming space for all.
•⁠ ⁠Melting in your mat during relaxation with a sound bowl journey.
