Release The Shadow: Healing Inherited Trauma

In this class, you will gain the information to identify the connection between your current blockages and the unmet needs from your childhood, as well as their connection to your life choices.

Participants will be part of a circle where we will explore different exercises and healing dynamics. You might find this class especially helpful if you feel lonely, avoid being by yourself, overreact, or if you have depression or anxiety.
