Release & Rise Up: An Exploration of Energy

Beachside with Samantha Sambrooke & Erika Killam... Prana is the animating energy in and around all of us. All we need is one splash in the waves to sense the life force we share with all things. We'll follow the ebb & flow as we use movement, meditation, breath, & contemplation to explore how energy moves our subtle body, affects our physical body, and shapes our mind.

*Begin in the quiet space of the studio as Samantha guides us in letting go, with yoga practices focusing on apana, the prana of release.

*Make our way to the ocean; align with the waves for a swim or stroll along the shore.

*With an energizing physical practice with Erika on the beach, rise up with prana.

*Return to the tranquility of the resort for guided contemplation and journaling.
