Each week combines a short talk, guided meditation, and reflective practice that focus on key themes like mindfulness, thoughts, emotions, presence, the body, and the breath. Together, these tools can help reduce stress, ease discomfort, and build a stronger connection between mind and body.
This is your chance to pause, tune in, and approach your healing with greater balance, awareness, and compassion.
