The HA Club's Laurie Murphy is offering improv players an opportunity to do IMPROV SCENEWORK.
IMPROV SCENEWORK aims to enhance an improv player’s abilities to perform made-up-on-the-spot scenes for audiences. Creation of exciting never-before-seen scenes that flow from the ABCs of scenes: activities that establish environment; actions that reveal relationship between characters; and, coming up with why the scene is happening and important.
Improv Scenework is free to the students of Improv Basics, and $40 per person wanting to take the class as a drop-in class.
Improv Scenework is in person, Sundays, February 1 – March 22, 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Eight opportunities are available at the accessible Irish Cultural Centre, also known as the BIS (Benevolent Irish Society), 582 North River Road, Charlottetown, PEI.
