Don Jardine has jam-packed these facts into an invaluable guide that showcases the amazing weather stories for which this Island is famous. Complete with maps, photos, and tables, this month-by-month guide is an essential reader for those interested in weather, climate change and Island history.
Don Jardine is a native Prince Edward Islander who grew up on a family farm in Freetown which helped shape an interest in weather, climate, history, natural history, climate change and photography. This interest led to research for several years into the past, present and future weather & climate events in the province, and the publication of 5 editions of the Prince Edward Island Weather Trivia Calendar with Dr. Adam Fenech from 2015 to 2019. The current publication is an effort to compile facts, figures and stories about the weather and climate for those wanting to know more about the ever-changing weather we all experience.
