Be prepared that you are signing up for an in-depth course on the subject of Yoga. You are welcome to participate for your own growth and knowledge, or you can work towards the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate.
This training is more than just learning asana (postures). While that is a major part, you will also be exposed to other aspects of Yoga, including breathing techniques, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda and more.
The one in-person weekend/month will be Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm at UPEI (Bill and Denise Andrew Hall) on Prince Edward Island:
September 6/7, October 4/5, November 1/2, December 6/7, January 10/11, February 7/8, March 7/8, April 11/12, May 2/3, June 6/7
Zoom calls Wednesday nights 7pm-9:30pm:
September 17th, October 15th, November 19th, December 17th, January 21st, February 18th, March 11th, April 15th, May 13th, May 27th
