Tune in to programming that features deep dives into such great artists as Bill Frisell, Roy Haynes, Patricia Barber, Horace Silver, Pat Metheny, Thelonious Monk, Cole Porter, Bill Evans, Sun Ra, Charles Lloyd, Frank Sinatra, Quincy Jones, Eddie Palmieri, and more. There will also be programs that examine jazz works by Frank Zappa, Derek Trucks, Brian Wilson, Family Stone, and Captain Beefheart.
We'll travel the world with "Hecho En Mexico', "Brazilian Classics", "Jazz Meets The Middle East & North Africa", "The Latin Jukebox", "Japanese Psych Jazz", and "British Invasion." There will a focus on special topics such as: Jazz Guitar, European Big Bands, Honkers and Shouters, Jug Bands, Alto Madness, Cue the Drums, AND SO MUCH MORE!
