About the event

Mini Masters Multi-Week Art Class

Explore the works of master artists from around the world and throughout history with the Virginia Discovery Museum’s multi-week art classes for children in early elementary! Develop an appreciation for art history, exercise creative expression, and craft your own mini masterpieces as we explore a different artist’s style, techniques, and creative process each week then experiment with our own artwork inspired by what we’ve learned. Mini Masters is offered once in the fall and once in the spring and is led by VDM Education Manager and local artist Amy Griffith.
