On the menu: smoky beef brisket, tender pulled pork, and juicy quarter chicken plates—served by the pound or stacked high on sandwiches with slaw. Pair it with sides like cornbread, fries, slaw, street corn, savory beans, and creamy mac & cheese for the ultimate backyard feast. Belle Isle Moonshine will be pouring samples all day as well!
