Step away from the demands of your busy schedule for a FREE community stress break. Prioritize your well-being with this hour of relaxation as soothing sounds and gentle vibrations guide you towards a deeper sense of peace.

As we come together to let go of stress, we also create an opportunity for individuals to connect and build a sense of belonging.

No need to register! Bring your own yoga mat/blankets for your comfort.
