Caregiver Speaker Series: Future Healthcare Decisions

Join Mina Ford, Director of Education at Hospice of the Piedmont, for an informative session on Advance Directives and Advance Care Planning. Mina will explain how to record your healthcare wishes and select someone you trust to make decisions if you’re unable to do so. Attendees will learn about living wills, health care powers of attorney, and other helpful tools to support thoughtful planning for the future.
